We'd rather write things we can be held to than marketing language that means nothing. Everything below is a commitment you can call us out on at admin@enzonic.com.
Anything marked "coming soon" on this page is genuinely not ready. We don't list unbuilt features as if they exist, and we don't announce dates we aren't confident in.
The free tier is a real free tier. What you pay is what's on the page — no surprise overage invoices, no "contact sales" wall to find out the cost.
When something breaks we say what broke, roughly how long it lasted and what we changed. No "elevated error rates" wording for a full outage.
Enzonic is an LLC registered in Kentucky, USA, owned by a named person on this page. You can reach a human at admin@enzonic.com.
An account needs an email and a login. Servers need the files you upload. We don't build ad profiles out of your usage.
No data brokers, no selling logs, no sharing your details with advertisers. Ever.
Game servers and user data run on our own machines in racks we operate, not resold from an anonymous third party we can't audit.
Ask us to close your account and we remove your data from live systems, with backups rotating out on their normal schedule. Email admin@enzonic.com and a person will action it.
