1. 72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 72-hour refund on initial hosting plan orders if our service does not meet your technical expectations. If you experience hardware issues, container provisioning failures, or network routing dissatisfaction, contact admin@enzonic.com within 72 hours of your initial purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Ineligible Situations
Refunds are not granted in cases of Acceptable Use Policy violations (including DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious activity), domain registration fees, or service cancellations requested after the initial 72-hour evaluation window.
