1. Agreement & Governing Law

By creating an account or ordering any service from Enzonic LLC ("Enzonic", "we", "us", a legally registered company formed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. These terms apply to every plan we offer, including the free Minecraft tier. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity that occurs under them. One person or organization per primary account; you must provide accurate registration details and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, or ban evasion.

3. Free Tier and Hibernation Policy

Our free Minecraft tier provides a shared server that hibernates after roughly 15 minutes of player inactivity. Your world files and configurations are archived to redundant Cloudflare R2 object storage before container shutdown and restored automatically when you wake it. Free servers idle longer than 14 consecutive days may be pruned after an email warning; paid plans are never auto-purged.

• Free tier capacity is provided on a best-effort basis subject to node availability.
• We may adjust free-tier resource parameters with advance notice on this page.
• Abuse of free allocations (mass automated signups, unauthorized resale) results in immediate account termination.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use Enzonic services to break the law, conduct network attacks, or harm others. Prohibited conduct includes distributing malware, launching DoS/DDoS attacks, port scanning external systems, hosting copyrighted material without authorization, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, and attempting to circumvent container resource limits.

5. Billing, Renewals, and Refunds

Paid plans renew monthly on their billing anniversary unless cancelled. First-month promotional discounts apply to the initial subscription period only, after which standard recurring hardware unit rates apply. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; service remains operational until the conclusion of the paid term. Our refund terms are detailed in the Refund Policy.

6. Trademark Disclaimers & Non-Affiliation

Enzonic LLC is an independent cloud virtualization provider. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, Valve Corporation, Pocketpair, Facepunch Studios, or any third-party game developers. All game trademarks, brand names, and assets belong to their respective copyright holders.
