Container Data: Server configurations, uploaded world/plugin files, and console output logs necessary to operate your instance. Technical Telemetry: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic data, page latency, and hashed IP addresses used for DDoS mitigation and server routing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver cloud hosting services: provisioning game containers, securing nodes, processing invoices, providing customer support, and sending transactional alerts (such as container shutdown notices or security updates). Marketing communications are sent solely to users who have explicitly opted in, and every email includes a cryptographic one-click unsubscribe link.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Disclosures

We partner with Google AdSense and third-party ad networks to display advertisements on public website sections and free-tier pages. We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors essential to service delivery: Cloudflare (DDoS mitigation, CDN, Turnstile verification, and R2 storage), Stripe (PCI-compliant billing), Clerk (user authentication), and Cloudflare Spectrum (Enterprise Anycast DDoS protection).
