DMCA Policy

1. Designated Copyright Agent

Enzonic LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you hold a copyright and believe content hosted on our infrastructure infringes your rights, submit a written notification to our designated agent: Enzonic LLC Legal & Compliance, Email: admin@enzonic.com, Subject: 'DMCA Takedown Notice'.

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific IP address, port, domain, or container identifier containing the allegedly infringing material.
• Contact details including legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.

2. Counter-Notification & Repeat Infringer Policy

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we expeditiously disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected user. A subscriber whose content was removed may file a formal counter-notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). In accordance with the DMCA, Enzonic terminates hosting accounts belonging to repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
