How are we so cheap?

Free hosting that doesn't delete your world and paid plans from $3.20 sound too good to be true - so here is the entire business model, with nothing rounded away.

Idle servers archived

R2 object storage

Battle-tested performance

Datacenter rent

$0 - self-hosted nodes

High-speed RAM

Support first line

Controlled density

1. Hibernation economics

Intel i5 4th & 6th Gen · RAM

A Minecraft server that nobody is playing on still burns RAM, CPU cycles and electricity on a traditional host - that waste is priced into every plan. Our free tier simply refuses to pay that tax: after ~15 idle minutes we archive the world to cheap object storage, release the node, and re-allocate it on wake.

The same server can serve dozens of different worlds across a day instead of idling for one. That density is where the free 3.5 GB comes from - not from cutting corners on your data.

Great single-core speeds at a fraction of the cost

2. No brand tax

Zero Data Center Rental Markups

Big hosts spend fortunes on sponsorships, influencer codes and marble-lobby offices - then pass it all to you as a line item. Enzonic is run by a small team that self-hosts its own nodes and spends marketing money almost exclusively on making the product good enough to recommend.

You pay for silicon, bandwidth and support. Nothing else is hiding in the invoice.

House-hosted = $0 monthly server leases

3. R2 storage with zero egress fees

True 24/7 Free Tier & Cost-Price Quota

World archives and backups live on Cloudflare R2, which charges nothing for egress. Traditional S3-style storage would make every wake-up and restore cost money - with R2, hibernation round-trips are effectively free, so we can offer them on the free tier without blinking.

And when your project grows, you can expand RAM, CPU, and disk storage per exact unit at dirt-cheap prices. No inflated subscription packages.

Save money without losing 24/7 stability

Agentic LLM Inactivity Review & S3 Transfer

Smart inactivity evaluation with zero data loss

To keep physical node capacity fresh without arbitrarily shutting off active servers, we run an intelligent evaluation pipeline powered by an agentic LLM (Enzica). When a free tier server sits idle (no player traffic or connections over time), our AI agent reviews system metrics to verify if it is genuinely inactive.

Once verified inactive, the system de-allocates the live container resources to free up physical node RAM and CPU, automatically transferring your entire server file directory as a secure archive in S3 cloud storage. When you return, you can re-allocate and restore your server onto an active node in 1 click or download your files directly anytime!

Controlled Resource Over-Allocation (Max ~60%)

Smart resource density with strict headroom limits

To sustain our 24/7 free tier without forcing paid subscriptions, we run a controlled, conservative resource over-allocation capped at a maximum of around 60%. Since the vast majority of hosted servers do not consume 100% of their assigned RAM or CPU simultaneously 24/7, this smart density enables us to maximize hardware efficiency.

Our automated stock engine monitors memory and node load in real-time to prevent lag spikes. If any node approaches high physical utilization, our orchestrator dynamically routes new deployments to other active nodes.

Ad Monetization & Important User Advisory

How the Free Tier makes money (And why you should NOT click ads)

We finance the free tier by displaying ad banners across the website and dashboard panel. However, we want to give you a straight warning: we strongly advise you NOT to click on these ads.

Ad Network Scam Advisory:

Third-party ad networks automatically serve programmatic ads that are frequently scammy, misleading, or malicious. We display them solely to offset electricity and hardware costs, but we strongly advise all users never to click on them or download anything from ad banners.

Cheap because it's engineered, not because it's worse.
